As electronic device miniaturization, high saturation magnetic induction intensity) and the implementation of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction policy (low loss), research and development at the same time with high saturation magnetic induction intensity and low loss of the new type of iron-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys are becoming increasingly important. For nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials, to improve the alloy saturated magnetic induction intensity, to try to increase iron content, and the corresponding decrease in the alloy elements on the ferromagnetic metals. However, these kind of metal elements content in reducing lead to nanocrystalline alloy precursor (amorphous) of amorphous formation ability drop, making it difficult for the preparation of amorphous strip, and lead to the deterioration of soft magnetic properties. Therefore, an urgent need to develop a preparation technology is simple and soft magnetic performance of the new type of iron-based nanocrystalline alloy.
